Privacy policy
The Notebook is a static site — it's built ahead of time and served as plain files. It doesn't run its own server, doesn't maintain a database of visitors, and doesn't use custom tracking cookies.
Analytics. Page-view analytics are disabled by default. If enabled, it would run through Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-conscious, cookie-free analytics service — and only when both an explicit opt-in flag and a real analytics token have been configured. At the time of writing, neither is set, so no analytics script runs on this site at all.
Accounts. There are no user accounts. Nothing you do here creates a profile or a login.
Advertising and monetization. No advertising is currently enabled, and no monetization feature (affiliate links, sponsorships, digital products, or donations) is currently enabled anywhere on the site.
The contact form. If you use the contact form or write to the email address on the Contact page, you are choosing to share your name, email address, phone number, and message with us. Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-delivery service, which receives that information in order to deliver it as an email. Formspree's own privacy practices apply to how it handles and stores that submission; nothing you submit through the form is used for anything beyond replying to you.
What we don't claim. We don't claim to never collect any data — the contact form above is a clear exception, because it exists specifically so you can send us information on purpose. This page describes what actually happens today; it isn't a formal legal compliance statement (for example, it doesn't claim GDPR or CCPA compliance), and it will be updated if anything here changes.
Questions about this page can go through theContact page.
